Allied Health Assistants (podiatry and physiotherapy)
We welcome expressions of interest in south east Melbourne for Allied Health Assistants to support local community patients and aged care residents.

As an Employer of Choice winner for the last 8 consecutive years, we welcome expressions of interest for up-and-coming and experienced Allied Health Assistants to collaborate closely with our exemplary Physiotherapists and Podiatrists across the south east suburbs of Melbourne.
Our medical teams travel across TLC’s Medical Centres, including suburbs of Hallam, Frankston North, Noble Park, Mordialloc and Donvale.
Not qualified? We will qualify you as an AHA (Podiatry or Physiotherapy) before you commence with our senior allied health clinicians.
AHA – Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy Aides work alongside experienced Physiotherapists to collaborate with clinical, personal care and lifestyle staff for the holistic wellbeing of residents and the local community.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensure all appropriate clinical documentation is maintained
- Contribute to a positive environment for community patients and residents
- Assist in delivering care plans and exercise programs
- Ensure required equipment is prepared, cleaned and maintained
- Exceptional customer service
AHA – Podiatry
Podiatry Assistants work alongside experienced Podiatrists to ensure you have a supportive introduction into allied health.
What you’ll be doing
- Support comprehensive musculoskeletal and general nail care assessments
- Observe and assist in assessments and implement intervention strategies
- Accurately record information in clinical management systems
- Learn from and work closely with our Senior Podiatrists, General Practitioners and Practice Nurses
