We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager  to join our Distribution Centre team and help us deliver exceptional service across our network.

 

Your Role

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to join TLC Supplies as our foundational Sales Representative. This is a true new business role designed for someone who thrives in a fast paced, high-energy environment and is motivated by a clear growth agenda.

This is a true new business role. Your focus will be on winning new customers, opening doors, and building the TLC Supplies brand in the market from the ground up. There’s no inherited pipeline – you’ll create your own opportunities, turn cold conversations into commercial partnerships, and build a book of long-term, recurring business

You’ll take our product range to market across aged care, medical centres, early learning, and community sectors, positioning TLC Supplies as a credible and competitive alternative in a traditionally conservative space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new customers through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and relationship-led selling across aged care, medical centres, early learning and community channels
  • Build awareness and credibility for the TLC Supplies brand through consistent market presence and high-quality engagement
  • Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities, with a clear focus on long-term value and repeat revenue
  • Run product demonstrations, trials, and presentations that convert interest into commercial outcomes
  • Develop strong early relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account growth
  • Work closely with supplies and customer support to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience
  • Represent TLC Supplies at industry events, expos, and conferences to grow brand visibility and pipeline
