We’re looking for a passionate and driven Club All Rounder to join our Health Club team and help deliver safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs tailored to our diverse member base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise the gym floor and engage with members to promote safety and motivation
• Design and deliver personalised one-on-one, partner, and group training sessions
• Educate members on exercise physiology and proper lifting techniques
• Promote personal training services and support member retention
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment
• Complete daily operational tasks and contribute to team goals
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff training

About You

• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
• Reliable and enthusiastic team player
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours

Things That Matter to Us

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
• Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
• Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• 2025 Influenza vaccination
• Police Clearance
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
