We are seeking expressions of interest for Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work at Australia’s first multi‑generational healthcare precinct located in Mordialloc.

 

Nestled opposite the picturesque Woodlands Golf Course in the bayside suburb of Mordialloc, TLC Healthcare Mordialloc marks an exciting milestone in integrated care services. Here, amongst a community-focused atmosphere, we proudly introduce an Australian-first development – a seamless blend of care services where generations come together.

 

Hours of work

Mon – Fri      0700h – 1515h

Sun – Thur    2200h – 0715h

Casual          1500h – 22.15h

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver, participate and assist in the assessment, formulation and review of resident care plans
• Support recommendation plans
• Safe administration of medications
• Wound care
• Ensure the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents are met

• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
• NDIS check (includes police check)
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
