About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at TLC, you will play a vital role within our clinical leadership team. You will provide comprehensive, person-centred care while assisting a team of health professionals and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation, and review of resident care plans
• Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
• Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
• Monitor, record, and communicate residents’ conditions and needs accurately
• Safely administer medications
• Provide wound care
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing.

• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
• NDIS check (includes police check)
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
• 2026 Influenza vaccination
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
