Currently seeking General Practice Nurse to work closely with GP’s to deliver high- quality care to aged care residents and the local community.

 

General Practice Nurse – Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practice Nurse (or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) to join our team full-time at our state-of-the-art TLC Medical Centre. Provide essential support to enhance team performance and collaboration.

 

About TLC Medical Centres – Hallam

TLC Medical Centres Hallam offers a comprehensive range of services, including general practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, allied health, and nursing services. Co-located with TLC Aged Care Homewood, our medical centre in Hallam serves the residents of TLC Aged Care Homewood and the local community. 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
  • Administer immunisations
  • Provide wound care and assist with minor procedures
  • Manage stock and vaccine ordering
  • Perform general treatment room duties

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Nurse Immuniser qualification (or willingness to complete training)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)
  • 2025 Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes police check)
  • Aged care experience is highly regarded
  • Full working rights in Australia
