We are seeking an experienced and caring General Practice Nurse (or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) to work closely with GP’s to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community.

This is a part-time role (4 day per week), working across two of our Medical Centres located in Mordialloc and Noble Park.

 

What you’ll be doing

• Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
• Immunisation
• Wound Care
• Minor Procedures
• Ordering stock and vaccines
• General treatment room duties and responsibilities

What you’ll need

• Relevant nursing qualification
• Nurse Immuniser qualification (or training will be provided)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• Aged Care experience an advantage
• NDIS check (includes police check)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
