We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and caring General Practice Nurses (or Registered Nurses with clinic experience) to work closely with GP’s to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community.  

 

Our Geelong region Medical Centres are located in Belmont, Wallington and Armstrong Creek.

 

What you’ll be doing  

  • Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments  
  • Immunisation  
  • Wound Care  
  • Minor Procedures  
  • Ordering stock and vaccines  
  • General treatment room duties and responsibilities  

What you’ll need  

  • Relevant nursing qualification  
  • Nurse Immuniser qualification (or training will be provided)  
  • Current AHPRA registration  
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)  
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
