About the Role

We are seeking motivated Graduate Registered Nurses / Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join our clinical team at TLC Healthcare. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in an aged care setting, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring residents’ health, ensuring care is delivered in line with professional standards and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents
  • Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Adhere to AHPRA standards, aged care regulations, and organisational policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development

What you’ll need 

  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards  
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications 
  • NDIS check (includes police check)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • 2026 Influenza vaccination
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
