Annual Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced ICT Application Support Engineer to support, optimise and enhance TLC Healthcare’s diverse application landscape. Reporting to the General Manager – ICT, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our business systems remain stable, high-performing, secure, and aligned with organisational needs.

Working within a collaborative ICT team, you’ll provide Level 3 support, lead technical troubleshooting, drive integration improvements, and support the delivery of new and upgraded applications across our clinical, corporate, and operational environments.


Key Responsibilities

As ICT Application Support Engineer, you will ensure TLC’s applications are reliable, secure and evolving to meet business needs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Champion TLC’s mission, values, and continuous improvement culture
  • Provide Level 3 technical support and act as escalation point for L1/L2 teams
  • Ensure stability, performance and availability of enterprise applications
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution
  • Support and optimise cloud and on-prem applications (MS365, Dynamics, Azure, ERP, HRIS, Finance, Clinical)
  • Deliver and support integrations, upgrades, enhancements and new implementations
  • Manage SaaS platforms, vendors, licensing and support agreements
  • Maintain technical documentation, testing processes and application configurations
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum project delivery across migrations, implementations and system improvements
  • Collaborate with internal departments, ICT teams and external vendors
  • Support change management, patching, cyber security and ICT policy compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the ICT landscape

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 5–10 years’ experience in ICT application support, integration, implementation or infrastructure support
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (365, Dynamics, Azure)
  • Experience with BI/reporting platforms (Power BI)
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise systems across Finance, HRIS, Clinical and ERP environments
  • Experience with SaaS applications and cloud environments
  • SQL administration, scripting, APIs (REST/SOAP), and software architecture understanding
  • Experience with application platforms such as Best Practice, Manad, Bepoz, Hotdoc, Epicor, Sinpro, Freshdesk or similar
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
