We welcome a customer focused and vibrant Medical Receptionist who will be the face of our Medical Centre.
Position – Medical Receptionist
Location: Wallington, Geelong (with flexibility to work across other Geelong sites in Armstrong Creek and Belmont)
Hours: Full time

About TLC Medical Centre, Wallington
Located on Bellarine Highway, dedicated to family medicine and specialist care for older residents within the community.
TLC Medical Centres Wallington offers a comprehensive range of services, including medical practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, allied health, and nursing services. Co-located with TLC Aged Care Homestead Estate, our medical centre in Wallington serves the residents of TLC Aged Care Homestead Estate and the local community.
With a highly experienced team of doctors and allied health professionals, we warmly welcome new patients to experience exceptional care.
Your Role
As our Medical Receptionist, you will:
- Maintain a friendly and efficient practice environment
- Schedule patient appointments in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to pathology, specialist, and doctor requests
- Prepare invoices for medical reports and private billing
- Provide administrative support to Managers and General Practice staff
