Location: Geelong region – Wallington, Belmont, Armstrong Creek.

Job Type: Part time and Casual shifts available.

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our care team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. 

 

What You’ll Love Doing:

• Prioritising resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing
• Supporting physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
• Delivering exceptional person-centred care
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Reporting accurately and promptly on resident care

 

Shifts Available:
AM, PM, and Night Duty (ND) or Casual

 

What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Previous experience in aged care
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• 2025 Influenza vaccination
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
• Warm and effective communication skills
