We welcome compassionate Personal Care Workers (PCWs) with a positive attitude to join Australia’s first multigenerational healthcare precinct located in Mordialloc.

 

Nestled opposite the picturesque Woodlands Golf Course in the bayside suburb of Mordialloc, TLC Healthcare Mordialloc marks an exciting milestone in integrated care services. Here, amongst a community-focused atmosphere, we proudly introduce an Australian-first development – a seamless blend of care services where generations come together.

 

Hours of work

  • Minimum 3 shifts per week
  • AM, PM, ND shifts available

What you’ll love to do

  • Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority
  • Support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents
  • Provide the best person-centred care 
  • Work collaboratively with members of the care team 
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders 
  • Accurately report any issues and concerns

What you’ll need

  • Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards  
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
