TLC Healthcare is seeking a Quality Indicator Surveyor to support the collection of resident feedback and quality data across our aged care homes. This is a casual opportunity suited to someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented and passionate about improving care outcomes.

About the Role

As a Quality Indicator Surveyor, you will engage directly with residents and their families to collect feedback on quality of care and quality of life. Using empathetic and supportive communication techniques, you will conduct surveys, coordinate schedules and ensure timely data collection across our homes.

Working collaboratively with home teams and leadership, you will support the accurate capture, management and reporting of mandatory Quality Indicator data, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct quality of care and quality of life surveys with residents
  • Communicate effectively and sensitively with residents and their families
  • Coordinate survey schedules and manage interview appointments
  • Ensure surveys are completed within required timeframes
  • Collect, enter and maintain accurate Quality Indicator data
  • Support reporting and follow-up activities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with privacy, documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple homes

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in aged care, healthcare or a customer-facing role (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach
  • Ability to engage with residents using empathy and professionalism
  • High level of computer literacy (including Microsoft Office systems)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and privacy requirements (desirable)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
