We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Registered Nurses (Division 1 / Grade 5) to join our Sunlight home in Whittlesea.

 

Located in the heart of Whittlesea, just north of Melbourne, Sunlight offers the charm of a rural community with convenient access to local shops and services. The home has recently undergone a major redevelopment and now features 150 spacious beds designed to enhance the wellbeing of our residents. 

 

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at TLC Sunlight, you will play a vital role within our clinical leadership team. You will provide comprehensive, person-centred care while overseeing a team of health professionals and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional nursing care with an individualised, resident-focused approach
  • Managing medication administration
  • Overseeing wound care and other clinical services
  • Supporting and mentoring care staff
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organisational policies

What You’ll Need

  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
