Based onsite at our stunning Head Office on St Kilda Road with beautiful views overlooking Albert Park, the RTO Administration Officer will manage general administration and maintain structure to student enrolments, class timetables and have resources ready to go for each course rollout.
Data accuracy will be in your DNA and you ensure accurate student data is maintained in accordance with regulatory obligations to meet regulatory requirements with ASQA and state regulators.
Exposure within a Registered Training Organisation, education or training setting will set you up for success in role.
Hours of Work
- Onsite
- Monday – Friday
- 0900h – 1700h
What you’ll be doing
- Support the team with general administration
- Complete data entry into Student Management System
- Track new commencements, student completions and withdrawn students
- Submit required data reports including:
- Total VET Activity Reporting
- Quality Indicator Reporting
- Develop, review and maintain relevant policies and procedures
- Maintain trainer qualification register
Things that matter to us
- Certificate III / IV in Administration (desirable)
- Experience in an RTO student management system (VETtrak or other similar)
- Experience in an RTO or Tafe (desirable)
- Excellent computer literacy
- Exceptional customer focus and service approach
- Demonstrated strength in collaboration and continuous improvement
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Check)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
