We are looking for energetic Swim Instructors to join our Health Club in our Australian-first multi-generational precinct which includes a 20m warm-water pool located in Mordialloc to deliver engaging and enjoyable swimming lessons that teach water safety skills and are fun!

What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and deliver individual, aged care and children aqua plans
- Facilitate individual and group sessions
- Actively promote water safety
- Actively participate in team training and teaching workshops
- Demonstrate an understanding of swimming pool chemistry, purification and filtration
- Follow appropriate reporting mechanisms to meet the duty of care requirements, including incidents and mandatory reporting
Things that matter to us
- AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia Qualified Teacher (or equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS check (includes Police clearance)
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
