Join Team TLC – Trade Officer (Handy Person)
Location: Flexibility to work across all Melbourne regions, North- West, Central, South – East and Geelong.
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing role | Monday to Friday + occasional out-of-hours

We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Trade Officer (Handy Person) with at least 3 years’ experience in building maintenance to join our regional maintenance team. If you’re passionate about keeping facilities safe, functional, and visually appealing, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform general trade duties and repairs
- Conduct site inspections and minor fixture repairs
- Communicate with sites regarding issues and progress
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Support other duties as required
What You’ll Need
- White Card
- Relevant trade qualifications
- COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Working with Children Check
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
