TLC Healthcare wins back-to-back Australian Business Awards

Once again, TLC Healthcare (TLC) has been recognised in The Australian Business Awards 2017 as an Employer of Choice. TLC has also won a Service Excellence award for its innovative customer satisfaction program. In 2016 TLC received Australian Business Awards for Employer of Choice and Brand Excellence.

CEO of TLC Healthcare, Lou Pascuzzi says these awards cement TLC’s reputation as the most innovative aged care provider in Australia.

“TLC Healthcare is delighted to accept The Australian Business Award 2017 for Employer of Choice. This is the second consecutive year that TLC’s innovative and integrated business strategy has been recognised nationally. We are very proud of the unique program of benefits, events, awards and support services that we offer to our people, who are the heart of TLC.”

“It is also an honour for TLC Healthcare to accept The Australian Business Award 2017 for Service Excellence. TLC Healthcare’s coherent and strategic customer satisfaction surveying program provides the organisation with the data it needs to make informed business decisions. The information gathered during the 2016 survey program supported several major service improvements across the organisation, so we look forward to our hearing our customer’s feedback in 2017.”

Australian Business Awards Program Director, Ms Tara Johnston says: “Today, companies are facing a competitive and continuously changing business landscape. In this context, the performance of companies depends more than ever on their flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness. New technological possibilities have the potential to transform the way companies operate within their respective industries with long-term gains in efficiency, productivity and customer loyalty.

“Each year the ABA100 Winners are recognised for their commitment to business and product innovation and for their achievements in transforming business practices and end user experiences.

“The Australian Business Awards are proud to acknowledge the role of these leading corporate, government and non-government organisations for implementing innovative, well-managed high-performing business initiatives and for the research and development of their innovative products and services,” Ms Johnston added.

Now in their twelfth year, The Australian Business Awards are an annual all-encompassing awards program which recognises organisations that demonstrate the core values of business and product innovation, technological achievement and employee engagement via a set of comprehensive award categories.

The Australian Business Awards program provides notable opportunities for high-performing organisations to be acknowledged and honoured for their achievements both nationally and internationally.
