Part A – February Favourites – Review & Win Promotion

These promotion terms apply first and should be read together with the Free Coffee Card Terms & Conditions in Part B below.

1. Promotion Period
   The promotion runs from 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026.

2. How to Enter
   To enter the draw, customers must:

• Visit The Village Café & Bar during the promotion period; and
• Leave a genuine review of their experience on Google. 

  Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Prize
   The prize is 7 days of free coffee, limited to one (1) free coffee per day for seven (7) consecutive days.
   Each free coffee must be redeemed on a separate day and is subject to the Free Coffee Card Terms & Conditions set out in Part B below, including drink type, daily redemption limits, and additional charges for extras.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected after the promotion period concludes.
• The winner will be contacted using the public details associated with their Google Review.

5. Review Requirements

• Reviews must be honest and based on the customer’s genuine experience.
• The Village Café & Bar reserves the right to exclude reviews that are offensive, misleading, or unrelated to the customer experience.

6. No Transfer or Exchange
   The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

7. General
   The Village Café & Bar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its discretion if required.

Part B – Free Coffee Card Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all free coffee redemptions, including prizes won as part of the February Favourites – Review & Win promotion.

8. Offer
   The Free Coffee Card entitles the holder to one standard hot coffee or hot beverage.

9. Additional Charges
   Extras, including syrups, alternative milks, or upsizing, will incur an additional charge.

10. Redemption Limit
    Only one free hot drink may be redeemed per person, per day, including where the free drink forms part of a promotional prize.

11. No Cash Value
    Free Coffee Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

12. Exclusions
    Free Coffee Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

13. Right to Amend
    The Village Café & Bar reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Free Coffee Card offer at any time without prior notice.
