We have a new opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our office-based team on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park.
You will work closely with a collaborative finance team, you’ll shape budgets and forecasts, interrogate performance, and guide decisions that strengthen sustainability, quality of care, and compliance across our aged care portfolio.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across aged care and integrated services
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with HR and operational teams on workforce reporting to ensure 24/7 RN & care minutes compliance
• Analyse monthly financial results and KPIs, delivering clear commentary and recommendations
• Maintain robust internal controls and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and ability
• Ensuring a high and consistent standard of work in line with TLC’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Things that matter to us

- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- CPA / CA qualified
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience (Dynamics 365, UKG & Epicor advantageous)
- Thorough knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and aged care funding models
