About The Heights, Donvale, located in the stylish and tranquil Eastern suburb of Donvale, The Heights is a refined aged care home offering 84 Residential Aged Care beds. Here, residents experience the area’s most comprehensive array of senior care services, including memory support and respite care.
Co-located with our Primary Care clinic, TLC Café, on-site gym, and cutting-edge TLC Virtual Reality, The Heights is a hub of advanced aged care and community spirit.
Your Role as General Manager, we welcome an experienced and passionate leader with a clinical background to guide our dedicated team and ensure operational excellence. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of home management, driving high standards in clinical and non-clinical care, admissions, financial management, workforce optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- Drive innovation, growth, and improvement opportunities across the Home.
- Oversee memory support and respite services.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Clinical Manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Current AHPRA registration and NDIS check (including police check).
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses).
- Excellent, clear communication skills.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
