About the Role
As our LMS Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for an evolving learning platform that supports thousands of learners across the organisation. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how learning is delivered, records maintained, automated, and experienced (with some design responsibilities), all within a forward-thinking, people-centred culture.
You’ll work closely with the Learning & Organisational Development team and key HR stakeholders to continuously improve user experience, compliance outcomes, and reporting insights, while having the freedom to innovate and streamline.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Content Management
- Serve as the primary LMS systems administrator, overseeing courses, users, and structures.
- Upload, organise, and maintain all online learning content.
- Develop and manage learning paths, curriculums, certifications, and compliance modules.
- Manage user accounts, enrolments, permissions, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate to schedule and automate course releases and training recurrence.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for managers.
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and monitor data migration activities.
- Train staff on how to access and interpret training data.
Support, Collaboration & Documentation
- Provide tier-one LMS support, resolving learner and system issues promptly.
- Partner with SMEs, Instructional Designer, and HR leadership to support learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in LMS Systems administration (healthcare or aged care preferred).
- Strong capability in managing learning platforms and uploading content.
- Project management experience.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) desirable.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to create, review, and evaluate learning materials.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and LMS platforms.
- Strong service focus with a commitment to quality improvement and learning excellence.
