Marketing Manager – Eastern Region

The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on, energetic, and highly strategic Marketing Manager to lead and elevate a diverse multibrand portfolio across TLC Healthcare’s Eastern Region, covering:

Donvale | Hallam | Noble Park | Mordialloc | Frankston North | Chelsea Heights | Clyde North | Whittlesea

 

You will oversee the marketing performance of the following TLC brands:

 

  • TLC Medical Centres
  • TLC Aged Care
  • TLC Early Learning
  • TLC Health Clubs
  • TLC Learning Academy
  • The Village Café & Bar
  • TLC Supplies

 

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, this role will work closely with our Western Region Marketing Manager to ensure alignment of strategy, brand execution, and cross-regional initiatives. Collaboration, innovation, and strategic cohesion across the East and West will be key to your success.

 

This role is ideal for a marketer with experience across multiple categories—such as healthcare, retail, property, or education—where regulatory considerations are essential, and brand reputation drives growth.

You understand the big picture of TLC’s vertically integrated model of care, where a single customer may utilise multiple services, and how this creates opportunities for growth and connection.

 

Role Purpose

To manage all marketing and communications for TLC Healthcare’s core services, ensuring cohesive brand alignment, effective regional execution, and consistent delivery of high-quality marketing that supports business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all marketing for the assigned brand portfolio.
  • Execute communications for aged care infection control to residents and next of kin.
  • Execute communications regarding new GPs or medical services at TLC’s clinics.
  • Execute medical centre and aged care- related campaigns
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Deliver regional marketing plans in collaboration with the General Manager, Marketing
  • Develop and support digital initiatives with the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Plan, budget, and deliver engaging functions and events
  • Develop solutions for interior and external signage and wayfinding
  • Select furniture, artwork and soft furnishings in collaboration with the General Manager, Marketing, and Chief Marketing Officer
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain clear communication on project status
  • Support redevelopments, new builds and brand extensions
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and business outcomes

 

What You Bring

  • A strong generalist marketing background with through-the-line experience
  • Ability to collaborate cross -functionally and build strong internal relationships
  • Experience developing and delivering integrated campaign schedules
  • Proven background in planning, costing, and executing events
  • Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and produce high-quality output and volume
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  • A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude — and you don’t take yourself too seriously
  • Solid understanding of digital’s role within the broader marketing mix
  • Willingness to travel our various sites, build relationships with stakeholders, and help make a difference to anyone who engages with our services

 

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • COVID 19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • 2025 Flu Vaccination
  • National Police Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
