Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours & Negotiable Arrangements
At TLC Healthcare, we’re proud to deliver fully integrated, multi–generational healthcare across Residential Aged Care, Medical Centres, Health Clubs, Early Learning, a Registered Training Organisation, cafés and more. Our people are the driving force behind our continued growth and success.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
We’re expanding our podiatry team and are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and enthusiastic Podiatrist to support residents and community patients across our medical centres in the beautiful South East and Central regions — including Noble Park, Mordialloc, Hallam, Frankston, Donvale, Fitzroy North, and Altona North.
This is your chance to join a supportive organisation that values autonomy, collaboration, and work–life balance. We empower you to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care.
What Makes This Role Stand Out
In this role, you’ll be part of a well–resourced clinical environment designed to help you deliver your best work. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated Allied Health team who ensure your clinic runs smoothly—maintaining equipment, coordinating patient flow, and supporting day–to–day operations. This means you can focus your time where it has the greatest impact: providing high–quality podiatric care, building meaningful connections with patients, and contributing to better health outcomes across our community.

You will be skilled in delivering comprehensive podiatry care, including but not limited to:
- General foot and nail care
- Custom orthotic assessments and fittings
- Fungal nail treatments
- Musculoskeletal assessments
- Ingrown toenail assessments and treatment
- Evaluation and management of foot-related abnormalities
What Matters to Us
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant Bachelor Degree in Podiatry (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum three doses)
- Valid NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
