We are seeking an experienced Quality Advisor to work collaboratively across our Southeast region sites. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the continuous delivery of exceptional clinical care to our residents.

 

About the Role

As a Quality Advisor, you will work alongside General Managers and care teams to provide support, education, and assistance in maintaining and improving TLC’s quality systems. Your contributions will help identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in aged care services.

Location: 

  • North Central – Clifton, Marina, Whittlesea, Altona, Donvale 
  • Geelong – Armstrong Creek, Belmont, Wallington 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evaluate internal assessment audits to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Demonstrate empathy, respect, and dignity towards residents.
  • Support strategies for quality dementia care.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met.

About You

We are looking for a professional who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1).
  • Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training (desirable).
  • Interest in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) 
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19 and 2025 influenza).
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance).
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
