Seeking Registered Nurses in Mordialloc to support a range of clinical services to our Aged Care residents.
- Location: Mordialloc
- Job Type: Part time and Casual shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse – Grade 3
- Ability and experience to undertake Grade 5 RNIC responsibilities
- Experienced EENs are also welcome to apply
- Availability for Night Duty (if applicable to your preferred working pattern)

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting residents, families, and care teams while ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance, safety, and excellence.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight within the home, supporting care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will act as a role model and mentor for staff, contribute to effective after-hours management, and ensure compliance with aged care standards, legislation, and TLC policies.
You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to maintain excellent clinical outcomes, staffing effectiveness, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
- Provide clinical leadership and support, including after-hours coordination
- Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing and care staff
- Oversee care plans, documentation, and AN-ACC assessments
- Respond to clinical incidents and escalate issues appropriately
- Manage staffing, rosters, and operational needs
- Build strong relationships with residents and families; manage concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with aged-care standards, policies, and clinical governance
- Promote a positive team culture, staff training, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environment
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Significant experience in residential aged care
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working autonomously and leading teams
- Computer literate with experience in clinical systems
- Commitment to quality improvement and resident-focused care
Compliance Requirements
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current AHPRA registration
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Excellent time management and communication skills
