We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our Homewood residence. In this fast-paced role, you’ll keep our reception running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.

About the Role
As the hub of the home, you’ll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while creating a warm and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy reception and switchboard
- Welcoming residents, families, and visitors
- Coordinating deliveries and general administration
- Supporting rostering and minimising vacant shifts
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff education
- Handling payroll administration tasks
- Providing administrative support to the General Manager
- Maintaining efficient front and back-of-house processes
- Delivering outstanding customer service across all touchpoints
About You
You’re a friendly and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact. With a calm and positive approach, you can juggle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to everyone you meet.
You’ll bring:
- Strong administration and computer skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask
- A customer-focused mindset with a warm, professional approach
- Experience in aged care or healthcare (desirable)
Compliance Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- A current NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
- Full working rights in Australia
