About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to provide clinical leadership and support to our care teams at TLC Homestead Estate in Wallington. This is an addition Clinical Services Manager position, due to the growth of our large residential Aged Care home.

 

Set in an idyllic location on the Bellarine Peninsula, our aged care residence in Wallington – ‘Homestead Estate’ – is a modern and contemporary residential agedcare home. With views to the surrounding countryside, light and airy spaces, raked ceilings and picture-perfect gardens, Homestead Estate proudly offers a comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in the Geelong region.

 

Working closely with the General Manager, you will utilise your advanced clinical expertise and strong people leadership skills to drive high-quality outcomes for residents, their families, and the broader care team.

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring excellence in care delivery, clinical governance, and team performance.

 

About You

You are a confident and collaborative clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced aged care environment. You bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical care delivery (aged care highly regarded)
  • Strong working knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC, accreditation, and clinical compliance.
  • Proven leadership and people management capability
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care and continuous quality improvement

 

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Care Excellence

  • Lead and support care teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred care outcomes.
  • Oversee care planning, assessments, audits, and clinical compliance
  • Support complex clinical decision-making and case conferences
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the home

 

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
  • Coach and support nurses and care staff to achieve best practice
  • Promote strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams

 

Operational & Clinical Governance

  • Contribute to the operational management of the residence
  • Monitor clinical indicators, incident management, and risk mitigation
  • Support accreditation readiness and ensure compliance with aged care standards
  • Assist with roster oversight, staffing levels, and workforce capability

 

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Champion a strong Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) culture
  • Lead incident reviews, injury management, and safety initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements

 

Compliance Requirements

  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Valid Police Check
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses
  • 2026 Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Clearance Check (including police clearance)
  • Working With Children’s Check
