About the Role
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact digital initiatives across multiple TLC Healthcare brands.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role combining strategic thinking with strong execution. You’ll take ownership of the digital ecosystem—from website and CMS management to paid campaigns and performance reporting—while delivering measurable growth in engagement, leads, and brand presence.
This role is ideal for an agile digital generalist who can confidently move between backend systems, data insights, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email)
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and optimise campaigns for ROI
Website & Digital Platforms
- Manage and optimise websites and landing pages (WordPress/CMS)
- Oversee content updates, UX improvements, and conversion optimisation
- Support e-commerce platform integration and enhancements
Paid Media & Campaign Execution
- Build and optimise campaigns in Meta Business Manager and other platforms
- Manage budgets and maximise campaign performance
- Partner with external agencies on integrated marketing strategies
Content & Social Media
- Lead digital content planning and execution
- Manage and grow social media channels
- Monitor engagement and interact with online audiences
Email Marketing & Automation
- Own end-to-end email strategy using HubSpot
- Manage database segmentation, workflows, and lifecycle automation
- Managing multiple sales pipelines and providing support and training for our sales teams
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse performance using Power BI, and dashboards
- Deliver insights and executive-level reports
- Translate data into actionable marketing strategies
Events & Campaign Support
- Support and promote events using platforms like Cvent/Eventbrite
- Drive attendance through integrated digital campaigns
Brand & Asset Management
- Ensure consistency across all digital and print collateral
- Manage development of marketing assets with internal teams and agencies
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally and present insights to senior leadership
- Provide digital expertise across the organisation
About You
You are a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and email marketing
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Business Manager
- HubSpot
- Google Analytics / reporting tools
- Power BI (highly regarded)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Compliance requirements
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Clearance with valid police check
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
