TLC Healthcare is seeking two experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated team at Whitewater Mordialloc.

Available Positions:

We are recruiting for two fixed permanent part-time roles:

Position 1

• Monday and Tuesday afternoon shifts
• Alternate Wednesday night duty and Sunday morning shifts

Position 2

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon shifts

These are fixed rostered positions and availability to work the advertised shifts is essential.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to support residents’ health, wellbeing and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation and review of resident care plans
• Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
• Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
• Monitor, record and communicate residents’ conditions and needs accurately
• Safely administer medications
• Provide wound care
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, cultural and social wellbeing

• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
• NDIS Check (including Police Check)
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• 2026 Influenza vaccination
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
