Organisational Development Coordinator
Are you a highly organised coordinator who loves bringing programs and events to life? Join TLC Healthcare as an Organisational Development Coordinator and play a key role in delivering impactful leadership programs, large-scale events, and learning initiatives that shape the experience of our people.
- Job Type: Full Time – 5 days in the office
- Location: Melbourne CBD
About the Role
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be at the centre of key organisational initiatives, coordinating everything from Leadership Day conferences to learning programs and training compliance.
You’ll work across multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, while ensuring every detail is planned, delivered and executed to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
Bring Events & Programs to Life
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership programs and major events
- Manage schedules, venues, catering, communications and event run sheets
- Play a key role in delivering high-quality, seamless event experiences
Collaborate & Influence
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Support leadership development programs and key OD initiatives
- Partner with subject matter experts to bring content together
Support Learning & Development
- Prepare engaging training materials and presentation packs
- Assist in developing eLearning content and resources
- Contribute to internal communications and program materials
Drive Training Compliance
- Support LMS administration, reporting and user queries
- Monitor training completion and follow up on requirements
- Maintain accurate training records and provide insights
Contribute to Wellbeing & OD Initiatives
- Assist in delivering corporate wellbeing programs
- Support organisation-wide people initiatives and projects
About You
You’re proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You take pride in delivering high-quality work, enjoy building relationships, and love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in coordination, administration or project support (HR, OD or L&D highly regarded)
- Proven ability to manage events, logistics or programs end-to-end
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and stay ahead
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Exposure to eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate 360) is desirable
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (or working towards), or equivalent experience
