What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse Team Leader in our Memory Support Unit, you will lead the delivery of exceptional, person-centred dementia care within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, provide guidance and mentorship to your team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Completing assessments, care plans, and care reviews
• Supporting behaviour management and developing care recommendations
• Administering medications and managing wound care
• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

 

What Matters to Us

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals with:

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (aged care experience advantageous)
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Current Division 1 Nursing qualification & AHPRA registration
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and 2025 influenza vaccinations
• NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
