We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader to guide our Memory Support Unit, delivering exceptional, person-centred dementia care. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse Team Leader in our Memory Support Unit, you will lead the delivery of exceptional, person-centred dementia care within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, provide guidance and mentorship to your team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Completing assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Supporting behaviour management and developing care recommendations
- Administering medications and managing wound care
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
What Matters to Us
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals with:
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (aged care experience advantageous)
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current Division 1 Nursing qualification & AHPRA registration
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and 2025 influenza vaccinations
- NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
