The Business trainer role is positioned to assist with the delivery and management of our effective training programs within our TLC Administration setting that will support and help achieve a high rate of compliance to our TLC Administration Trainees.

 

What you’ll be doing

·       Follow up of students where necessary to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. 

·       Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)

·       Experience in choosing appropriate training materials and strategies.

·       Experience in training delivery in Business, including working knowledge of OHS, Framework standards, accreditation and documentation

·       Complete all mandatory training by the due date.

·       Undertake any additional tasks as requested that reasonably fall within the scope of the position and classification

·       Promote and coordinate the RTO paperwork to all relevant staff

·       Maintain knowledge of current guidelines for the various RTO courses.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

        Minimum 5 years Business experiences

        TAE40116 / TAE40122 qualification

        BSB40120 Cert IV Business

        Current RTO training certificate as recognised by the national standards

 

What you’ll need 

  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)   
  • 2024 influenza vaccination   
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)   
  • Working with Children Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
