The “Life Changing Care” campaign for TLC Healthcare was a strategic response to Australia’s crisis-ridden aged care sector. Launched in late 2024, the multi-channel campaign aimed to redefine the industry narrative by positioning TLC’s unique, integrated care model as a proven solution. 

 

The execution was notable for its integrated approach, which linked traditional advertising with a relaunched website to create a seamless user journey. The initiative’s success underscores the power of combining emotional storytelling with clear, evidence-based messaging to achieve brand transformation in a high-stakes market.

TLC Healthcare is an ABA100® Winner for Digital Transformation in The Australian Business Awards 2025. 

 

In line with their mission, TLC undertook a transformative digital initiative to consolidate its fragmented digital ecosystem and implement a new website, CRM and marketing automation system. 

 

By successfully rebuilding its digital ecosystem and embedding HubSpot to unify enquiry management, TLC has demonstrated how a healthcare provider can harness digital transformation to strengthen customer engagement, streamline operations, and reinforce its position as a leader in innovative, integrated healthcare.

TLC Healthcare is a 2023 Global Healthy Workplace (GHW) Award winner, in the Large Employer category.

 

The Global Centre for Healthy Workplace’s (GCHW) recent summit, hosted in partnership with the University of Northampton, welcomed 100 delegates for three days to appraise what the best organisations are doing in areas from designing the modern workplace to preparing for artificial intelligence. TLC Healthcare reached finalist status and was invited to present their submission to an international judging panel, where they were judged the winner in the Large Employer category.

TLC Healthcare’s Mordialloc precinct won UDIA Victoria Seniors’ Living Award in 2023 in the category of Excellence in Design Innovation.
