TLC Early Learning Mordialloc — New Enrolment Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer: Four (4) Free Weeks for New Enrolments at TLC Early Learning Mordialloc

The Offer

New families who enrol their child at TLC Early Learning Mordialloc with a start date on or after 17 August 2026 will receive the equivalent of four (4) weeks of childcare fees free, applied progressively across the first eight (8) weeks of enrolment as follows:

• One (1) week’s fees waived in each fortnight (two-week period), for four consecutive fortnights.

• For example: Week 1 is payable, Week 2 is free; Week 3 is payable, Week 4 is free; Week 5 is payable, Week 6 is free; and Week 7 is payable, Week 8 is free.

• The free week within each fortnight will be applied to the child’s confirmed, regularly booked days.
Eligibility

• Available only to new families who do not currently have a child enrolled at TLC Early Learning Mordialloc and who have not had a child enrolled at TLC Early Learning Mordialloc at any time during the preceding twelve (12) months. Applies to new eligible enrolments commencing between 17 August 2026 and 31 January 2027, subject to availability, or until the offer is withdrawn, whichever occurs first.

• One offer per eligible child enrolled. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

• Standard enrolment, orientation, and waitlist processes still apply. Offer is subject to place availability in the relevant room/age group.

Minimum Enrolment Period

• As a condition of receiving this offer, the child must remain continuously enrolled for a minimum of 8 weeks from their start date.

• If the enrolment is cancelled, withdrawn, or the child’s attendance ceases before the 8-week minimum period is complete, any fees that were waived under this offer will be charged at TLC’s standard fees applicable during the relevant period and become immediately payable.

Fees & Subsidies

• All other fees (enrolment fee, non-discounted weeks, excursions, incidentals, etc.) continue to apply as normal during the offer period.

• Where applicable, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) will be applied to payable weeks in accordance with the family’s CCS eligibility and Services Australia requirements. The free week is a fee waiver provided by the centre. Eligibility for, and calculation of, CCS is determined solely by Services Australia.

• Standard fees apply in full from Week 9 onward, or immediately upon early withdrawal as outlined above.
General

• This offer is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable between children or families.

• TLC Early Learning Mordialloc reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

• By enrolling under this offer, the new family agrees to these terms and conditions in addition to the centre’s standard enrolment agreement and policies.

This offer applies to eligible enrolments commencing on or after 17 August 2026 and is subject to availability. New families are encouraged to confirm their placement early, as places are limited.
