About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team at TLC Sunlight. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to our residents, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and procedures
- Administer medications, including IV therapies, in line with endorsement and scope of practice
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in residents’ clinical conditions
- Support the Registered Nurse in care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Promote a safe environment, adhering to infection control and WHS standards
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignity-focused care
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
About You
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Medication Endorsement (IV qualified)
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
- Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge of infection control and aged care standards
Compliance Requirements
- Relevant qualifications
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
