About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team at TLC Sunlight. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to our residents, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and quality of life.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and procedures
• Administer medications, including IV therapies, in line with endorsement and scope of practice
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in residents’ clinical conditions
• Support the Registered Nurse in care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Promote a safe environment, adhering to infection control and WHS standards
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignity-focused care
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

 

About You

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
• Medication Endorsement (IV qualified)
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
• Sound knowledge of infection control and aged care standards

 

 

Compliance Requirements

• Relevant qualifications
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)   
• 2026 Influenza vaccination
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)   
• Working with Children Check
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia  
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
