Fitness Trainer- Pilates & Yoga Instructor

 

 

 

What You’ll Do

• Set, monitor, and support individual member fitness goals.
• Design and deliver safe, effective, and motivating group fitness programs.
• Run Pilates classes (Reformer and/or Mat) or Yoga classes depending on your qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong following of engaged class participants.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and support member sales.
• Collaborate with the Health Club team on the TLC Wellness Program.
• Maintain high presentation and safety standards within the facility.
• Support wellbeing programs within TLC’s Early Learning and Aged Care services.

Qualifications We’re Looking ForFitness Trainer

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent).

Pilates Instructor (Reformer and/or Mat)Accepted qualifications include:

• Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (11332NAT)
• Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates & Teaching Methodology
• Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates, or equivalent

Yoga Instructor (any recognised yoga stream)Accepted qualifications include:

• Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga
• AUSactive Approved Yoga Instructor
• Advanced Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness for Relaxation, or similar

Additional Requirements

• Current COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
• NDIS Check and Working with Children Check
• Eligibility to work in Australia
