General Practice Nurse – Full-Time
Locations: Southeast Region – Noble Park, Hallam, Frankston North, Mordialloc & Donvale

Due to the expansion of our state-of-the-art TLC Medical Centres, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practice Nurse to join our team across southeast Melbourne. This role plays a vital part in supporting high-quality patient care and enhancing team collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Chronic Disease Management
• Administer immunisations
• Provide wound care and assist with minor clinical procedures
• Manage clinical stock and coordinate vaccine ordering
• Perform a range of general treatment room duties

 

Qualifications & Requirements

•      Relevant nursing qualification (RN/EEN)
•      Current AHPRA registration
•    General Practice Experience
•   Nurse Immuniser qualification (or willingness to complete training
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes police check)
•   Full working rights in Australia
•    Full-time availability
