We welcome an experienced and innovative ICT Support Specialist to join our dynamic ICT Team to provide desktop support across all our business units. 

 

This in an office-based role on St Kilda Road with beautiful views overlooking Albert Park Lake.

What you’ll be doing

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide desktop support and solutions
  • Investigate issues and manage diagnostic information and outcomes
  • Proactively support the TLC ICT environment to minimise breaches
  • Monitor and maintain all systems and network environment
  • Review, recommend and action improvement in ways of operating in all environments

Things that matter to us

  • ICT Tertiary Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary ICT technologies (LAN/WAN, wi-fi, Microsoft Server, VOIP, Citrix OS)
  • Exceptional customer and service delivery focus
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)  
  • National Police Check  
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
