We are seeking an experienced and people-focused ICT Support Specialist to join our growing ICT Team. This is a full-time, office-based role located on St Kilda Road, overlooking Albert Park Lake.

About the Role
As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for IT support across TLC Healthcare’s diverse business units, providing timely and customer-focused technical assistance in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage support requests via phone, email and the ticketing system, resolving issues including system access, printers and devices, meeting room technology and VR headsets. You will also support new-starter onboarding by provisioning laptops, phones and user access.
Working within a predominantly Microsoft and Citrix environment, this role is ideal for a proactive support professional who enjoys variety and delivering high-quality service to a broad range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support, resolving issues efficiently and documenting outcomes accurately
- Troubleshoot and support:
- Printers, IP telephones, login and access issues
- Laptops, desktops (Windows OS), thin clients and peripherals
- Meeting room technology and audio-visual equipment
- Virtual Reality headsets and specialised devices
- Configure and deploy laptops and telephones for new starters
- Support a wide range of business applications across:
- Aged care, childcare, medical centres
- Corporate head office, cafés, gyms, RTOs and warehouse operations
- Participate in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours support
- Liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite leaders and frontline clinical teams
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to ICT systems and processes
About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused ICT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting users in a dynamic environment. You communicate clearly, manage your time well, and take pride in delivering a high standard of service.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and ticket lifecycle management
- Experience supporting a Microsoft-centric environment, including:
- Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory / Azure AD
- Citrix, Apple Business Manager, MDM solutions
- Freshservice (or similar service desk tools)
- PABX, VOIP, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Confidence supporting users in multi-site or healthcare-related environments (highly regarded)
Compliance requirements:
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- National Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia
