We welcome an experienced and innovative ICT Support Specialist to join our dynamic ICT Team to provide desktop support across all our business units.
This in an office-based role on St Kilda Road with beautiful views overlooking Albert Park Lake.

What you’ll be doing
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide desktop support and solutions
- Investigate issues and manage diagnostic information and outcomes
- Proactively support the TLC ICT environment to minimise breaches
- Monitor and maintain all systems and network environment
- Review, recommend and action improvement in ways of operating in all environments
Things that matter to us
- ICT Tertiary Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of contemporary ICT technologies (LAN/WAN, wi-fi, Microsoft Server, VOIP, Citrix OS)
- Exceptional customer and service delivery focus
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- National Police Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
