We are currently seeking a passionate Practice Nurse – Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at our Hallam Medical Centre on a full-time basis.

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with General Practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You will support a range of clinical and preventative health services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
GP experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in a general practice setting
- Assist with clinical procedures, treatments and patient care
- Support chronic disease management, care plans and health assessments
- Deliver preventative health initiatives and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Utilise recall and reminder systems to support best practice care
- Work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities
About You
You are a motivated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced general practice environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
You will also have:
- Diploma of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Essential: Demonstrated experience working in General Practice
- Strong knowledge of infection control, clinical procedures and Medicare billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality care
