The Registered Nurse is a key leadership role in the care team and will provide exceptional quality care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at TLC, you will play a vital role within our clinical leadership team. You will provide comprehensive, person-centred care while overseeing a team of health professionals and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional nursing care with an individualised, resident-focused approach
  • Managing medication administration
  • Overseeing wound care and other clinical services
  • Supporting and mentoring care staff
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organisational policies 

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  •  Relevant Nursing Qualifications
  •  Current AHPRA Registration
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  •  2026 Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
