TLC Healthcare Proposes Landmark $250M Integrated Healthcare Precinct for Rosebud

TLC Healthcare has today unveiled a comprehensive, $250 million proposal for a state-of-the-art integrated healthcare precinct at the Rosebud Hospital site.

The ambitious Public-Private Partnership (PPP) proposal outlines a complete rebuild of the existing public hospital alongside a new private day surgery and a suite of community-focused health and wellness amenities. The proposal is the result of extensive demographic and clinical research by TLC, which identified a critical deficiency in available healthcare services relative to the growing needs within a 25-kilometre radial catchment area of Rosebud.

Lou Pascuzzi, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TLC Healthcare, indicated that the organisation anticipates a commitment of circa $250 million is required to deliver the project, and is very interested, provided an amicable agreement can be reached with the State Government.
