TLC Supplies launches new online store; tested in care, now available to everyone.

MELBOURNE, 8 October 2026: TLC Healthcare has opened its own supply chain to the wider care sector. Its supplies division, TLC Supplies, today launched a new online store at tlcsupplies.com.au
The store offers more than 150 products, each one used every day in TLC Healthcare’s own aged care homes, medical centres, health clubs, early learning centres and cafés. Businesses get a full trade platform with their own pricing, team accounts with built-in approvals, quick reordering and next-day delivery, and the full range is also open to individual customers.
TLC Supplies started during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, when TLC Healthcare moved to secure its own supply of PPE, tests and critical consumables for its aged care and medical facilities.
"In 2020 we saw how quickly the supplies an aged care home depends upon can become hard to access. For us that was never just an inconvenience. It was about the safety of our residents and our staff. It also threatened business continuity. So, we built a supply chain we could rely on, and now we're opening it up to everyone else."
Mr Pascuzzi said the range is chosen by people who use it. “We’re not a warehouse that happens to stock gloves. We’re a health care provider, and we only sell what we use ourselves. If a product isn’t good enough for our own homes, clinics, health clubs and early learning centres, it isn’t in our range.”
“The products are of a premium quality at prices that provides relief for the rising costs of business operations” said Pascuzzi.
What’s new for customers
- Trade pricing. Approved business customers see their own pricing as soon as they log in, and can pay by card or on 30-day invoice terms.
- Team accounts. Everyone in an organisation can have their own login, with orders reviewed and approved before they are placed.\
- Favourites and reordering. Customers can save their regular products and restock from their order history.
- Next-day delivery. Orders placed by 12pm are delivered the next day across metro Victoria, with tracking on every order and free delivery on orders of $250 or more (ex GST).
- Click and collect. Orders can be collected from the Chelsea Heights warehouse between 8am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.
- One supplier. The range covers cleaning, medical, PPE, personal care, childcare essentials, stationery, and hospitality and kitchen.
“The people ordering from us are busy. They’re running an aged care home, a medical centre, a health club, a kitchen or a room full of three-year-olds,” Mr Pascuzzi said. “They don’t want to juggle five suppliers. They want to order what they need in a few minutes, know it will arrive tomorrow, and get back to looking after people.”
