TLC Health Clubs Wallington — Opening Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer: 50% off membership for 8 weeks + No Joining Fee
Offer Period: Valid for new memberships commencing from Thursday 13 August 2026 for 8 weeks (until Wednesday 7 October 2026), or while foundation places last, whichever occurs first.

1. Eligibility

1.1 This offer is available to new members only. A ‘new member’ is an individual who has never held a membership at any TLC Health Clubs location.

1.2 This offer is not available to individuals who are, or have previously been, members of any TLC Health Clubs location, including individuals transferring from another TLC Health Clubs location.

1.3 Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to enter into a membership agreement. Proof of age (such as government issued identification) shall be required at the time of membership application. TLC Health Clubs reserve the right to refuse membership should satisfactory evidence not be provided.

2. Offer Details

2.1 Eligible new members who join during the Offer Period will receive 50% off the standard weekly membership fee for the first 8 consecutive weeks of their membership.
2.2 The joining fee (standard fee of $49) will be waived for all new members who join during the Offer Period.
2.3 Upon expiry of the 8 week discounted period, the member will automatically be charged the standard membership rate applicable at that time in accordance with the member’s chosen payment frequency.

2.4 The offer applies to the base membership fee only and does not extend to optional add-ons, personal training packages, Pilates, or other paid services unless otherwise stated.

3. Redemption

3.1 To redeem this offer, eligible individuals must sign up for a new membership in person at TLC Health Clubs Wallington, via the TLC Health Clubs Wallington website, or via other official TLC channels, and complete a valid membership agreement and direct debit authority.
3.2 The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to memberships commenced before 13 August 2026.

4. Offer Limitations

4.1 This offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other offer, product, or service.
4.2 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or membership deal unless expressly stated by TLC Health Clubs.
4.3 TLC Health Clubs reserves the right to limit the number of memberships available under this offer (including any stated ‘foundation member’ cap) and may close the offer early once that limit is reached, without notice. Attempting to redeem the offer does not guarantee eligibility if the cap has been reached.
4.4 One offer redemption per person.

5. Membership Terms

5.1 This promotional offer applies to the discounted fee period only. All other standard TLC Health Clubs Wallington membership terms and conditions, including but not limited to minimum term commitments, cancellation notice periods, suspension policies, and club rules, continue to apply and can be found at [insert link / available at reception].
5.2 Members remain subject to the TLC Health Clubs standard membership agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency, the standard membership agreement prevails except where these terms expressly state otherwise.

6. General

6.1 TLC Health Clubs reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend this offer, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable consumer law requirements.
6.2 This offer is provided by TLC Health Clubs Wallington, The Leaper Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 95 053 997 292), located at 1499A Bellarine Highway, Wallington VIC.
6.3 Nothing in this offer affects any rights a member may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6.4 By accepting this offer, members agree to be bound by these terms and the TLC Health Clubs Wallington standard membership agreement.
