- Dealing with accidental or inappropriate adrenaline injection
- Recognising and treating insect stings and bites
- Reading, using and interpreting ASCIA Action Plans
- Requesting assistance form emergency services
- Accurately conveying incident details to emergency services
- Following organisational post incident procedures
- Reviewing organisational emergency response
- Complying with organisational record keeping procedures
Course Requirements
- No academic prerequisites required
- Students must be at least 18 years old when the course starts
- Students must provide their Unique Student Identifier (USI) number
- Students must have basic digital literacy skills and access to a computer or smart device
- Payment of $60 course fee
- Students must complete the online quiz prior to attending

Upon registration for the course, you must provide evidence of appropriate identification. You are required to obtain a Unique Student Identification (USI) number, which can be used for all studies in Australia. Applying for a USI is mandatory and can be done online here.
